1. Warehouse Management System.  In our opinion good results could be achieved by picking WMS module, which is integrated into your ERP application.  This approach allows you to avoid complex integration logic implementation between external Warehouse Management application and your core ERP.  Plus, you can implement good portion of WMS functionality within ERP itself, usually Inventory Control, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing modules have enough logic for such WMS processes as Inventory Count, Picking and Packing, Sales Order Fulfillment and you can always use Corporate ERP reporting (instead of building reports pulling data from external WMS database)
2. Supply Chain Management.  Dynamics GP has robust set of SCM modules and features.  We should mention such modules as Purchase Configurator, plus possible third party Add-ons for Purchase Order Processing module.  SCM might be classified as broader term, and it could include various requirements.  We recommend you to put your SCM expectations and requirements on paper to be ready to ERP modules selection and data conversion
3. Barcoding.  This should be background technology for both SCM and WMS modules or extensions.  Plus Barcode automation could be implemented for core Dynamics GP screens, where you have editable fields (as barcode scanner is technically comparable to keying in text into editable field)
4. GP custom logic.  It is recommended to avoid unnecessary (in some cases luxury) programming extensions, however it might be very efficient, if it fills the gaps of required custom business processes.  Dynamics GP has several programming tools and SDK: Great Plains Dexterity, eConnect, Extender, Modifier with VBA scripting.  Plus, you can do some SQL scripting (stored procedures, views) directly in Great Plains company database (please do not be over excited about this fact, as you can easily compromise GP business logic and data integrity by inserting or updating data in GP tables)
