2.       Great Plains integration technologies.  Dynamics GP is hosted in Microsoft SQL Server, and this fact opens virtually all SQL Server integration tools to your programmers: DTS, SQL scripting, XML stored procedures.  However, before you dive in this sea of technology, please consider abstraction level and try to review Dynamics GP integration tools, where business logic is enforced on data feeding level: eConnect, Great Plains Integration Manager.  Typical scenarios, when you need integration to GP are ecommerce, supply chain management, consignment, warehouse management, light manufacturing (automated outside of GP).  Integration should be analyzed from the perspectives to be implemented in real time or in batch mode (scheduled overnight, for example)

 

3.       Industry expertise.  Typically this is something you expect from Dynamics GP ISV partner on project manager level.  Industry expertise allows you to expedite technical specification for unique add-on coding, and following QA and implementation
