• If I have problems, how well is customer service?  (This is a BIG one…I’ve worked in customer service personally, and a lot of what you’re told is to give customers is the big run-around.  I suggest searching online and reading customer reviews regarding support.  Another option is just after buying the phone, you could pretend you’re having a problem with it and call up support to see if you’re satisfied with how they do their job.)
