6) Change the value data of [HungAppTimeout] to [0]

7) Change the value data of[WaitToKillServiceTimeout] to [1]

2. Clear unused dll files in the memory:

1) Click "Start" menu-->Click 'Run"-->Enter "regedit"-->Click "OK

2) Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer

3) Create a new DWORD value [AlwaysUnloadDLL] and set its value to be [1].

3. Start Defrag program with the operating system:

1) Click "Start" menu-->Click 'Run"-->Enter "regedit"-->Click "OK

2) Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Dfrg \ BootOptimizeFunction

3) Set [Enable] like this: [Y] is equal to open, [N] is equal to closing
