When you arrive at a web page which contains a file requiring a plug-in which you don't have, you  will  usually  receive a message asking if you want to get it by downloading  it and installing it into your computer. You choose YES. Then you install it into your computer. Then , you scan the web page , and close it . When you visit an another new web page, you will find the different plug-in you don’t have . You will do the same thing.
