The emphasis should be shifted to the companies, providing not just pure offshore support: software development, customizations, extensions, reporting, but to the hybrid Oracle partners, who does Oracle E-Business Suite implementation in their respected countries and regions. Consideration should be given to the consulting experience, not just pure offshore software development formalization.

Considering OEBS orientation to the Corporate market and complexity of the Oracle Applications verticals, we assume that Oracle E-Business Suite clients expect consultants to travel to their Headquarters and remote location to provide Oracle implementation and user training.
