Review of Dress Up Games

If you love dress up games, you already know what a wide assortment of games there are available online. The huge number of styles and designs not only within the games, but of the games themselves is truly baffling. I have found that while playing all of the different forms of the fashion games, I have found some very clear winners – or at least personal preferences.

Goth Dress Up Games – I am not sure why exactly, but I have always enjoyed playing around with the goth style of dress. Of course, I am very much not a goth dresser in real life, but I like the romance of the traditional goth dresses and long shirts. The dark colors, the rich textures and the romantic details that are part of a traditional goth wardrobe are intriguing and since I do not get to play with them in real life, I enjoy playing with the purples and blacks online as much as possible.

Princess Dress Up Games – What little girl has not imagined herself as a fairy from time to time? The princess games let you be one step closer to living the dream, by creating a character that resembles what you might be like as a princess. Once I have a base with the right hair color and eye color, I create clothing styles and designs to suit what I like to imagine I would wear as a princess. I can assure you that the styles are all lovely and most are romantic flowing ball gowns completely inappropriate for real life. But that is what makes it so much fun.

Fairy Dress Up Games – Going right along with princess fantasies are fairy fantasies. The fairies are tiny little beings with great beauty and quite a rebellious spirit in many cases. Becoming a fairy online at least is easy enough. Start with a petite base and add the rustic or airy clothing that suites the fairy styles you are creating. Of course, you will want to be sure that you include the wings for your fairy as it would be a shame for the fairy to not have wings as beautiful as she is.

Holiday Dress Up Games – With the holidays right around the corner, I have found that I put the holiday dress up games to good use. When I play the holiday dress up games, I get to find adorable outfit ideas I would not have considered otherwise. Finding the right style of dress for the holidays can be a challenge at times, but it is easy enough with hundreds of clothing options perfect for Christmas and New Years right in front of me, ready to be put onto a doll base online. I have even been known to plan outfits online before taking them shopping with me so that I have some idea of how things will look when its all put together.
