SAP B1 version 2007 is now released and ready for implementation and upgrade from earlier versions, such as 2005A. In this small publication we would like to give you some ideas on the implementation phases and what supposed to happen on each phase

1. Initial request. One of our high level business development consultants will call you to understand your business processes and requirements. If you are comfortable with technical side of SAP BO implementation request, then we can add SB1 sales engineer, who is familiar in depth with modules, technology (such as Work Bench, SAP Business One SDK, XLT reporting, Drag-and-relate and other technologies)
2. Precise presentation. Here you will either see our Sales representative in your office or if you are comfortable with web demo technologies, you should expect web conference with several of our Sales and Technical consultants, presenting you how SB1 can automate your business processes in Accounting, AR, AP, Manufacturing, Inventory control, Warehouse Management, CRM, eCommerce, EDI and other areas
3. Onsite implementation launch. Our lead implementation consultant will come to you to launch SAP B1 installation, user training, data migration and massage, reports design. This person will be working with our laboratory based consulting team in Atlanta. This team will be fueling customizations, programming, business logic modification sides in helping our application consultant, who will be working with you onsite
