2.       CRM.  If you have Sales department, where sales people need only partial access to your ERP, especially on the Customers, Leads, Opportunity, Quotation, Order and Invoice levels, you will be looking in CRM user licenses, typically priced at 50% or normal all-in-one named user

3.       Data Mining and Analysis, in SB1 it is Drag-And-Relate technology.  You can do discovery being manager on your own.  Typical scenario is something like that – you like to see all the invoices where item A was sold and its pricing, costing and profitability: you select the item, Drag it and drop it into AR screen, or Relate it
