While we are busy working at our workstations we do not realize what we are guarded with. The electronic gadgets that we use in our day to day schedules are so empowered with electricity that we do not realize its potential to make or break us

The power supply it is connected to can backfire any moment and so there is a guard in the form of relay that silently works towards making our experience with the electronic gadgets pleasant. Relay is an electronically operated switch that makes use of electro-magnetic force to operate a manually operating switch. It’s kind of a reflex reaction to the power source that is working on our device.

USB relay module is used when it is important to switch power source in a multi device operated network. The USB relay module proves useful when there is a relatively small power plug in and there needs to be assortment of it to make the devices run. Or they are useful when there is extreme power circuit to be controlled under one signal. The USB relay module makes use of command line that is run by the user to make the program work.  It can be operated by simple software. USB relay modules were in use in history as amplifiers by the Tele-networks companies,USB relay module and USB relay switch for a safer access to electronics Articles while today these modules are used in contactors. USB relay module is highly used to control high power motor loads.

USB relay switch works as a reflex force. The USB relay switch helps to switch and control the power inflow and outflow in the device. USB relay switch prevents us from many electrical disasters and thus helping us to get a secured use of electronic devices. It is controlled by a NPN transistor and works its way through a magnetic force that reads the current inflow and outflow. When there is high voltage inflow in the wire, the USB relay switch charges the relay coil and controls the base receipt to emit the current towards the electronic device, hence preventing the device from receiving huge flow of current which may work disastrous for it. The relay coil that gets charged in the process of controlling the current flow is an inductor of current and hence helps store current. The USB relay switch then switches it on and off depending upon the variations of the power supply it is getting.

When there is small or zero flow of current towards the USB relay base, the transistor and the coil is cut off and the switch is kept open. This way there is no flow of power and the devices although connected to the source is still not working on power or emitting any energy. The relay switch pulls the electro-magnetic waves caused by the over power supply and hence helps the on and off switching on the board. The relay coil can also be used in combination with larger capacity transistors to make use of USB relay switch in a situation where the power supply or the current inflow is already presumed to be way beyond the capacity of the USB relay switch. USB relay switch is quite affordable and saves the computer and accessories form danger; is available in many variants and sizes, which can be chosen as per users need and electronic requirements.
