Ideally, you want all of your information stored in a remote location. In the event of a major disaster at your office location, such as fire, flood, sabotage, and so forth, you want your files stored in a secondary location where they are safe. You also want to be able to easily access your remotely saved files via the internet at any time.

These are universal features that you will want to look for in any backup software solution you are considering purchasing. They are well suited for a PC or laptop solution, a system solution, a network solution, and so forth.
