Nowadays,Who is Worth the Cost? Articles the rural schools in faced many of the same challenges as inner-city schools in nearby Hartford: low scores on standardized tests, dropping enrollment and high rates of detention. As a teacher of the countryside school said that they can improve the teaching level from several aspects such as crease some of the equipments for both teachers and students that can be used in teaching.

Therefore, the education provided a sum of money for them to improve the whole hardware capacity. They purchased many equipments such as laptop computers and backpacks and so on. Now, an hour before classes start, every seat in the library is taken by students eager to get online. One of my nephew studies in a rural school not very far from his home. Everyday he takes a bus to school and then return by bus, too. He studies very well without occupying much of his rest time. He never does his homework at home because he can finish it on the bus with his laptop when he goes home. He has used his laptop for a very long time and never made a mistake. From this we can see how good the quality is and how convenient it is.

A survey from his school recently says that this kind of policy and reform is very good for the development of both students and the school itself. In the same spirit, the New York City board of education voted unanimously on April 12 to create a school Internet portal, which would make money by selling ads and licensing e-commerce sites. The portal will also provide e-mail service for the city's 1.1 million public school students. Profits will be used to buy laptops for each of the school system's 87,000 fourth-graders. Within nine years, all students in grades 4 and higher will have their own computers. Some of the schools advocate students to purchase the school supplies by themselves as it is more fair for both the school and the students. One of my relative’s child was told that they need to purchase a laptop by themselves for the using of study. Her father and I have gone several shops but we failed to find the one that has both good quality and cheap price. At one time when we chat with our neighbor about this, he recommended me to find some on the website http://www.dinodirect.com/  because his son’s laptop was bought there. He thought it is very good. Now my relative is using the one that is bought there and got many benefit.

We are willing that the students in rural areas can get the equal treat as the students in urban areas.  Also we really hope the reform of education can take benefits to all the students and even to the whole country. If so, it will be really appreciated. And all the society can get benefit from it.
