How to Know a Girl Is Worth Making Your Girlfriend

Just about any guy can find a way to get a girlfriend these days with speed dating, internet dating, and all the usual methods like meeting women in bars and clubs.  But how can you know that the girl is going to be a good girlfriend before you enter into a relationship with her?

Tons of guys are searching for tricks for getting a girlfriend.  It really isn't that challenging to have some success with women.  Yes, you'll need to know how to go about meeting women and how to get a date with a woman, but once you get the basics handled, getting a girlfriend is a bit more work.

First, don't just settle for a woman because you want a relationship and she just happened to be the girl you are dating at the time.  You don't want to make a girl your girlfriend for this reason.  It's not fair for either you or her.  You need to live by your convictions if you want to be the kind of guy that has a fulfilling long-term relationship, and really enjoys the company of the girl he is with.

To catch the eye of the girl of your dreams you might have to do a little bit of self-improvement to grow into the guy that she would find attractive.  The supermodels might not exactly be rushing to bash down your door if you're the kind of guy that just plays World of Warcraft in his parents' basement all day.

Here are two exercises that will help you.  The first thing you need to do is write down the five most important traits you want in your ideal girl.  These can be whatever you want.  A few examples could be "emotional availability," "artistic personality," "adventurous," or even something as simple as "a hot body."  Above all else, make sure that you're not listing certain things that you "should" want in a girl.  Then, jot down a list of five things that you will not tolerate from a woman no matter what.  You might come up with things like "being too clingy," "infidelity," "militant feminists," or  "unwilling to compromise."  These two lists can be a compass that can guide you to your ideal woman and ensure that you don't end up stuck with someone who will make you miserable.  Keep dating the girl if you start to see "must have" qualities in her.  This girl could be your next girlfriend.  On the same note, quit dating women that show the qualities that you don't want to have in a girlfriend.  This is probably the best tip I can give you on how to get a girlfriend worth keeping.

Second, you probably have at least a vague idea about what your perfect woman is like.  This might seem a little crazy, but try to see the world from her perspective.  What sort of man do you think she would be drawn to?  What sorts of traits does he have?  Do you measure up to this?  Although, you shouldn't pretend to be someone you're not you may need to start improving your life and your ambitions if there is a disconnect.  You may have to move past some personal road blocks or barriers to naturally attract the woman of your dreams.

When you find a woman that is deserving of youComputer Technology Articles, take things to the next level.  Getting a girlfriend isn't really all that great of an achievement.  You want to find and keep a girlfriend that you can really enjoy and be happy with.
