Does she make an effort to spend time with you? Most people, including girls don't really take the extra time to spend time with others they don't like or have no interest in. So, she might only see you as a great buddy, but than again she might not...

Does she dance around the topic of you two hooking up, going out, or even blatently flirting with you? This could be a sign she is interested in you sexually. A lot of women are usually conservative and don't want to give off the impression of being "trashy". You should hit on her if you like her. If you allow it, flirting can take you past the "just friends" stage.

Does she ask you any canned "date questions?" They usually sound rehearsed like "What is your favorite___and why?" Take it a s a compliment that she likes you enough to memorize some hokey first date questions. This is a dead give away sign she is interested in you.

What does her body language tell you? She will most likely find an excuse to touch you or stand closer to you if she likes you. Reciprocate like you would in the second point that I listed above about flirting.

Do her friends ask you a lot of annoying questions? Most girls tell their friends how they feel about you. Girls will tell their friends how they feel about you. Notice if her friends ask a lot of pointless questions.

But really, don't worry about any of this too much. Be safe to assume she is interested in you if you like her. It's very tiring worrying about this, use your energy on more important things.

Should she have a reason not to like you? You have a lot going for you, right?

If you don't think you're a guy with much to offer, then you need to work on you self esteem and confidence. Once you get more confidence, girls will see that and be instantly attracted to you.

Follow these tips and my advice and assume she does like you. Most girls enjoy following the lead of a man with a lot of confidence, and if you start setting a more physical tone, your interactions with the girl may end up going your way.
