The perception of my problem changed when I was standing on that beach looking up high in the sky and seeing all those stars twinkling, it made me feel like my problems could not compare to all the pain in the world. You don't have to take a cross country trip from here to the other side of the country. You can explore local places that's not too far from where you live.

You should do these things if you want to mend your broken heart. The main point to all this is that you you need to know your self worth and value because the only person that can heal your broken heart is yourself, you need to know your self worth and importance to improve your self esteem and confidence.
