Many website owners forget to renew their domain name. Desperate buyers will register it immediately if it has good qualities. However, before it is actually available for registration again, there will be a grace period of about 60 days that is 30 days grace period plus 30 days redemption period. This period is meant to safeguard the owner from losing it.
