This hand in the Pacific Poker championships is in all likelihood themost amazing poker hand ever played. After starting with 256 players in the Pacific Poker  event,Flushed out by a Royal One Articles only Brian Kenny and Peter Moon were left. Their chip stacks were about even when this hand happened.

Kenny received Ad-Ac to Moon's Kh-Qh. The flop came Ah-Jh-Ac.

Kenny had flopped quad Aces but Moon had a Royal Flush draw. Kenny wentall-in and was called by Moon.

When the turn was 10h the place erupted. Moon had cracked Kenny's quadswith a royal flush.

The chances of this happening are so remote.

For his efforts Moon won the tournament as well as the Pacific Poker royal flush bonus.

Royal flushes have happened from time to time on Pacific Poker but neverin these dramatic circumstances.

Kenny was philosophical after his bad beat. "That's poker. I had four aces and still lost. Didn't think I played it too badly and well done for Pete for having the guts to make that call. He is a top player and a worthy champion."

Indeed that is poker for you. Sometimes you can win the hand with a pair of2's!!
