Canada has become an attractive destination for immigrants. It’s because of the multiethnic environment of this country. Canada immigration has also received a boost because of the relaxed immigration rules of this country. The immigration rules of this country have been processed to attract more individuals. This country has introduced new rules like the Express Entry Procedure under which three categories are available for any individual’s immigration to Canada.

The individuals need to know in detail about these Canada immigration categories:

Federal skilled worker: This immigration to Canada category applies to those workers who have some work experience outside Canada and plan to live permanently in any region of this country except Quebec.  The candidate should have an experience of a year including a paid work experience of 1560 hours.

The job done should include work experience at the different work levels of either skill level A,Canada immigration has become so simple Articles 0 or B.

The language ability of a candidate also determines his eligibility for this Canada immigration category. The candidate should have a high language proficiency in either the English or French languages.

As far as the education of a candidate under this category is concerned, he should have at least a high secondary educational certificate available with him. Otherwise he could also have gained a foreign degree but have an approved ECA report from a CIC approved agency. There are other considerations as well like a substantial job offer in this country. If you don’t have any such offer, you can get registered with the job bank of this country. Please see this link for more information, www.jobbank.gc.ca/.

The candidate also needs to provide a sufficient evidence of funds about his capability to completely support his family once he gets into Canada.

The Canadian Experience class applies to all those candidates who have work experience in Canada.

  • The work experience should be equivalent to 12 months full time paid experience almost three years prior to your application.
  • The candidate also needs to prove his language proficiency in different languages of French/English.
  • This Canada immigration class is not applicable to the province of Quebec.
