What positivity means is to always be willing to think positively and generally be more positive than sad or depressed. I think the only reason you could get grumpy in a situation like this is because there are a lot of positive things that are caused by the fact that you have changed from a weekend to a working week. I admit that when I drink a cup of coffee at 8 o'clock on a Sunday morning after a long day at work, it always seems a little annoying for my sensibilities. But I think it's because I'm a bit of a morning person and not a day person - in life.
