Nursing is one of the professions that demand most changes and improvements nowadays. This demand is even shown in defining nursing as profession regarding areas of services or expertise.

The internet has the ability to improve lives and link the isolated, whether they are people with learning disabilities, older people, and others with mental health problems, nurses, other health professionals or members of the public. One of the nursing roles is that a nurse should participate in nursing research to increase knowledge and improve client care, thus using the internet with better skills in IT can help me achieve this role.

A nurse should meet hundreds of people and each patient would be interested in caring, patient and trusting eyes watching and listening to him. Thus, new communication group sessions will help nurses to become a good communicator. Group sessions will help nurses gain self confidence. The presentations regarding communication are extremely helpful and allow nurses to see how they can improve and strengthen their skills and the importance of non-verbal communication.
