How to configure hotmail pop3 access in outlook 2010?

Microsoft Outlook 2010 is an email client which can configure any emailing service. So person can access that email account directly from Outlook. It also has feature to manage contacts, calendars, scheduling meetings, setting up communication between employees or people in the organization, and much more. When user configures any account with Outlook, the application will download the emails from the account and will save them in a folder. There can be two ways to configure the account. 1. Open the Outlook application.
2. Click on the icon File, then click on Info and then on Account Settings.
3. Tap on New...
4. Check the radio button, "manually configure server settings...”.
5. Now check the radio button for "Internet Email ".
6. In the server settings, enter pop3.live.com for incoming server and smtp.live.com for outgoing server.
7. Provide the login information of hotmail account. 
8. Checks the check box for remember the password. 
9. On the same window, click on More Settings...
10. Click on the Outgoing Server tab and check the check box for SSL authentication and also check the radio button for "Use same settings for incoming server.. ".
11. Now click on the advanced tab.
12. Enter port number for pop3 as 995 with SSL required.
13. Enter port number for SMTP as 587 with TLS required.
14. Back to the main menu and click on Test Settings.
15. If all the things are well then user can get a confirmation message otherwise it will give an error message.
16. Save the settings to finish off.
