UConn Stamford is pleased to announce its 5th Annual Juried Fine Art Photography Show and Sale, to be held from December 13th, 2012 to January 25th, 2013 in the Art Gallery.
The Gallery invites amateur and professional photographers to submit up to four works across several categories. There is an entry fee and jury prizes are awarded.The Artist’s Reception, open to the public, will be Saturday, December 15th from 2-4 PM. Unique Gift
The University sponsors the Artist’s Reception, at which prizewinners will be announced. Last year’s winners included several Fairfield County residents. Portrait Artist
“This is one of our favorite exhibits, as it showcases the work of local talent and really brings the community into the University Gallery,” says Kerrie Mills, Art Gallery Board member.Framed art works, entry forms, and fees must be received between 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM, on either Friday or Saturday December 7th or 8th. Late entries are accepted on a space-available basis only.
All art works must be delivered to the UConn Stamford Art Gallery on Friday or Saturday December 7th or 8th between 11AM and 2PM.
Alternative delivery arrangements may be made in advance at the discretion and convenience of the Gallery.
