A great rc cars power source

We can build a variable rc cars power source. This fountain can work in many ways.

When creating a power source for rc cars, it is imperative to check that the components are adapted to the plate, for otherwise make corrections (in terms of insert holes where the feet). The printing plate can vary in size; my board has a size of 11x6 inches, quite adequate to the dimensions of the components, to adapt to this size.

The steps are very easy:

-         To begin, you must trace the plate drawing board track view on the physical board copper side, a simple decal is valid and each of the holes where the legs go, then with a punch mark on these holes.

-         Before we can continue to drill the plate and then check all the tracks with specific label sales at electronics stores or simply with a permanent marker, thus protecting the acid from the ski areas.

-         Once you have marked and labeled plate had to put it in acid, using either the products found in electronics stores or does a mixture of strong water, sold in drugstores and hydrogen peroxide, the latter requiring much longer if for the dissolution of copper excess.

-         After the plate we list, we remove the remnants of alcohol ink pen and proceed to place the components on the opposite side of the copper traces and solder the legs on the copper traces.

Then we put the board along the rc cars transformer in a box. This is recommended by the stores selling electronics and other items available.

Recommendations

The rc cars regulator LM 338K (metal oval) is placed on the outside, next to the radiator, and in no case be placed on-board and without cooling radiator. The form is extended by three wires soldered to the board at the points marked E, R and S until. This is just amazing!

The LED is also placed on the outside holder mounted on the LED but this time in front of the box and as before we extend two wires from the rc cars plate to the east. This can be preferably red or yellow and stays on during operation of the source. K is the cathode (-) and are identified by their leg is shorter, A is the anode (+) and identifies with his foot longer. The T1 is preferably placed a small radiator fins on the base plate itself identifying the collector and emitter B1, C1 and E1.
