If you aren't able to take rude or inappropriate comments without breaking down, then this is not the job for you.

Another thing you should consider before you decide to work at a strip club is whether or not you are comfortable wearing revealing clothing. The truth is that most of the time you will be wearing very revealing outfits. If you don't really feel comfortable in these types of outfits, this occupation may not suit you. It makes no sense to go to work feeling uncomfortable all of the time. So, you may want to consider a different path if you can't handle this particular element.

You should also think about whether you will want to work odd hours. This is not a regular 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. job. You may have to work 9 p.m. until to 1 or 2 in the morning on most days. So, if you are someone who can't really stay up late or you aren't interested in working odd night time hours, this isn't the job for you.

Now, these examples were not given to put down people who work at these particular establishments. However, this is just the reality of the situation and everything that comes along with the job. If you cannot deal with the realities or the challenges that come along with this particular occupation, then you may want to consider taking another route.
