    The Walking Dead TV show is a 2010 premiere American post-apocalyptic television series created by Frank Darabont and based upon the comic book series of the same name written by Robert Kirkman.  The Walking Dead TV series tells the story of life following a zombie apocalypse. The TV show follows a group of survivors, led by Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln starred in Love Actually, Teachers and Strike Back), traveling in search of a safe and secure home, who was a police officer in the old world. As their situation grows more and more grim, the group's desperation to survive pushes them to do almost anything to stay alive.
