One of the first things you need to do to create the right wedding budget,Creating Your Wedding Budget    Articles is to sit down and make yourself a priority list. You'll be amazed at how much little small details (budget-friendly) can accentuate and enhance your wedding experience.

Naturally you are not interested in anything that will look cheap. Of course, all brides want to have a fairytale wedding dress. There are so many things you can do that will save you money without your guests ever imagining they attended a budget wedding.

Tip #1 - Choose a budget-friendly wedding date. Getting married in January or November can save you money on both ceremony and reception venues, as well as on whatever Band or DJ you choose to hire.

Tip#2 - Budget Dream Dress - With the competition so fierce online today, you can search online and find your fairytale dress at a very reasonable price. You can also choose to borrow a dress or rent one. Borrowing or renting are cheaper options, but the bride loses the ability to keep her dress for the sentimental value. There are plenty of great deals online for purchasing your own dress.

Tip #3 - Invitations - A lot of people take their guest list and then make out an invitation to each person on the list. Many times there are guests who are family members living in the same house. You can save on invitations by sending one invitation per house rather than to each individual family member. Think in terms of 'households' rather than individuals.

Tip #4 - Champagne Wedding - The champagne is nice but people can have just as much fun if you serve beer and wine and some signature drink that is specially designed for your occasion. This idea also gives your guests more options and will be appreciated.

Venue Tip:

Everything is changing in a fast way today and weddings are no exception. A lot of the traditional things are being improved on. The venues in the past had to include separate areas for the ceremony and the reception. Not today. You can have the ceremony in the venue of your choice, then afterward have the tables carried in by designated people, and move the chairs to the tables for the reception. This saves a lot of money on rental fees.

Photographers, Flowers, and DJs:

When people think of Craigslist they think of listing a car for sale or a new ebook. However, it's a great place to find people doing florist work, photography, and DJ gigs. It's amazing how many things are available on that website. Most of these people are very professional and will send you samples of their work. It is well worth spending a little time researching it.
