story:
Alexander (Taraka Ratna) is a sincere police officer in Vizag. He fights against injustice, and gets a label of a specialist meeting. One day, he was transferred to Hyderabad. On the other hand, two murderous henchmen Jinnah Bhai (Ravi babu) and Kattappa (Jayaprakash Reddy) deal with land grabbing and prostitution in the city. Rest of the story is how Alexander slows down all these illegal activities, and save the innocent from Jinnah Bhai traps.
Plus points:
Tarakaratna performs to the best of his abilities, and is convincing in some scenes. Ravi Babu has done justice to his role and does a decent effort as the villain. Message presented in the movie is good and help young underway.
Minus Points:
How Tarak Ratna was introduced is very ordinary. Komal Jha has nothing to do in this film, except for a few songs. There is absolutely no chemistry between the lead pair. There are a number of unnecessary scenes that increase the running time. There is no entertainment which is a big turn off. Bang Interval is very flat. There is a strong dose of vulgarity, which might not go well with the family audience. Lack of star value is also a big disadvantage. The whole plot of the movie is routine and is entirely predictable.
Technical aspects:
Dialogues are below average and are too long. Music of the film is bad enough, and so is the background score. the camera work is bad and highlights the low quality movie. Editor could have abandoned many scenes in the film. As said earlier music is very poor. Manager tried to give a message with this action drama, but went too far in its implementation.
Verdict:
Overall, 'Eduruleni Alexander' is a very poor action drama with a strong dose of vulgarity. Tarakratna must select decent scripts if he wants to make a successful return. You can simply ignore this film this weekend. Eduruleni Alexander Telugu Movie Review and Rating
