Fuel source and radio control helicopter

There are various types of the Radio Control helicopter that are available in the market based on electric batteries, Nitro, patrol and gasoline, and gas turbine. This type depends on the type of the power sources of the helicopters. Electric type of the radio controlled helicopter is very common and it is rapid and recent development. The Nitro helicopter is used commonly; the gas turbine RC helicopter is also in great demand.

Radio control helicopter with Nitro in fuel is coming in different range of sizes and size varies from fifteen to ninety sizes. This is also known as a glow fuel model and the number of the helicopter depends on the size of that particular engine that is used in that helicopter. The bigger engine has the big rotor blade.  The flight time of that glow fuel helicopter can vary from seven to fourteen minutes. This flight time also depends on the tuning and the size of the engines.  The height of the helicopter depends on the size of the controllers.

An electric radio control helicopter comes with brushed motors.  It uses the latest technology of the electric battery that make it feasible at the time of flight.,  It uses various types of the electric batteries but lithium polymer battery is one of the best batteries that offers high  electric current  that is required for the   good performance . These are light in weight and inexpensive. Battery capacity decides is the time of flight of that type of electric helicopters. The flight time of this helicopter may vary from four to twelve minutes that also depends on the flying style of the helicopter. Earlier electric rc helicopter was used mostly indoors because of its size and fumes.  Larger electric helicopters were used in flights of outdoors only. It has become very popular in very short time period.   

There is another model   named coaxial model that is very stable and it is used in flights   indoors. This type of helicopter has a fixed speed in outdoor flight.  This is a fixed pitch model as the mixed pitch is not easy to control.   Nowadays these types of the helicopters  are available in more latest construction that consists of two pitch control that are common in this type of coaxial helicopters. This offers the fight control like roll and pitch control.  This radio control helicopter  is used the methanol motors and electric motor that increases the performance and efficiency of the engine.
