I called Comcast Cable, my cable service supplier, and add HD channels to my already great channel lineup. And the HDTV picture form Comcast is amazing.

Whatever this season promised to bring,I Can't Wait Until The New Episode of Dancing With The Stars! Articles I had become tired of all of the dancing, drama, judges, and contestants. Chloris Leachman frustrated me to such a degree I even stopped watching. Nevertheless then along came Gilles Poet, Lil Kim, Ty Philologue, Melissa Rycroft, The Woz, Julianne's sweetheart, Diet Wicks, Denise Richards, Shawn Johnson, and some others that certainly didn't excite me.

But not all was lost - someone did hold my attention. I could not wait to watch Gilles Marini expertly dance during each episode. I really got interested in him after I saw the Sex and the City movie we he portrayed the character Dante. Just like in Sex and the City, he proved to be the best entertainment on Dancing with the Stars. Gilles practically burned the finish off the the dance floor with his amazing moves. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba said what a lot of female views were thinking - Gilles wife Carole is very lucky.

Denise Richards was disappointing. She lacked talent and personality, two very important attributes for anyone appearing on the program. The Woz had the personality, but no talent. Chuck Wicks wins an A for effort with he tremendous work he put into his dancing which kept him around until near the end. I didn't really like Lil' Kim until I saw her dance so amazingly well. Stepping up with great technicality, Derek Huff won me with his brilliant choreography. They were a team that showed talent as well as chemistry. It was a shock that she was eliminated with four others remaining.

So who did make it to the last couple of shows? It looks like it's going to be Ty and Chelsie, Gilles and Cheryl, Melissa and Tony, and Shawn and Mark. With nearly no preparation Melissa replaced an injured Jewel just before shooting began this season. But it wasn't a huge leap for her - Melissa has a background in ballet. Her dancing has been almost flawless, earning her a set of perfect scores on the last show. But getting thirty out of thirty from the judges isn't a guarantee that you'll be around on the next show. Just like Sabrina Bryan. She received a perfect score in another season and was eliminated early. Ty Murry is the dancer who has so improved, and is also so love-able. Ty's experience riding bulls and guiding horses doesn't translate directly to the dance floor and provided a big cache of voting fans who normally wouldn't watch Dancing with the Stars. Shawn Johnson's dancing was just as enchanting as her gold medal winning run at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Finally, Gilles Marini simply couldn't do a routine that didn't blow me away. He is definitely my favorite.

Just which couple has the chops and the votes to win the judge's hearts? Eliminations are continuing on this week's episode. And on the final episode the three remaining couples will compete in winner take all competition. I can't wait until the final show airs! Luckily I have a DVR for a backup just in case something comes up.

Hopefully you can watch Dancing in HD like I can - it really does make a difference. Recently my son convinced me to ditch my regular TV and make the jump to an HDTV. I didn't know what I was missing! What a difference HD makes. If you get an HD high definition TV you'll need to contact your local cable provider to get the most out of it. I thought "what the heck?" and added the Comcast Digital Voice and High speed internet while I was at it since they could be added for such a low rate. Not only is my television picture and sound the clearest I've ever experienced, my download speeds are amazing with my new broadband Internet service. I can call all my friends and family nationwide without paying long distance charges with the amazing Digital Phone service. If Comcast is your local cable provider or you're planning on moving to an area covered by Comcast, I definitely recommend calling them up and ordering their great services. And if you search on the web you can probably some sites that offer the latest Comcast Cable promotions and savings. Consider Comcast's bundle called Triple Play. You can get each service in one discounted package for huge savings over purchasing each one individually.
