Raphael and Darlene had been married for nearly 10 years,Strip Clubs are for Women Too Articles when their friends from college Lisa and Sam finally decided to tie the knot. Because they never thought they would ever get married, they were extremely excited for their friends. As excited as they were, Darlene still would not allow her excitement to overcome the fact that she did not want her husband going to a bachelor party. So, when Raphael came to tell her about the plans that Sam had for the weekend, she was extremely adamant about him going.

"Honey, Sam is going to be having a bachelor party and I just wanted to let you that it's this Saturday," he said. "So, that's where I'll be Saturday night."

"What exactly will you all be doing?" she asked.

"Oh, probably just going to a bar or something like that," he said.

"Dear, I really don't want you to go," Darlene said. "I would feel much better if you stayed here with me.

Raphael shook his head in disagreement.

"You know how big of a deal this wedding is," he said. "It's just one night and it's not like we're going to any strip clubs or anything."

After about 20 minutes of going back and forth, Darlene finally gave in. When Saturday night finally rolled around, Sam suggested that the guys come with him to one of the local strip clubs. Raphael suddenly thought about what his wife had said, but it didn't stop him from going. He believed she would never find out.

The next day, Darlene got a call from one of her co-workers.

"Hey, Darlene! I just wanted to say that I'm so glad that you are finally letting your husband have some fun," said the co-worker.

Darlene suddenly became confused.

"What are you talking about?" she asked.

"Well, I went out Saturday night and I saw him and a bunch of guys coming out of one of the strip clubs downtown and I could not believe you actually let him go."

Darlene became enraged. She stomped over to the living room where Raphael was sitting and confronted him about the situation.

"So, you mean to tell me that you went to very place that you said you would not go?" she asked.

"Honestly honey, it's really not that bad," said Raphael as he tried to defend himself. "It's a great place for people to hang out and just enjoy themselves. It's really not as bad as you think."
Lisa stood for a moment and thought about what her husband had said.

"You know what, you're right," she said. "I think me and my friends are going to go to the one on the other side of town next weekend. Thanks honey for opening my mind to new things."

Raphael's mouth dropped open as he watched his wife walk out of the living room smiling.
