The big day is fast approaching. You are getting married; the problem is you are on a strict and very tight budget. How do you make the reception a fancy experience and give each guest wedding favors? Planning your wedding is one of the most stressful and enjoyable times of your life. Every bride and groom wants the day to be perfect. They want to make sure that they have everything covered. With a tight budget, you still want to make sure that you have favors for the wedding guests.

There are quite a few ideas that can make this happen. Speaking from experience,Wedding Favors For All, On A Budget       Articles when my daughter was getting married, we had hardly any budget at all! My ex-husband believed that the two people getting married should pay for their wedding; I believed that it was our responsibility as her parents.

Lo and behold, we were able to plan an extremely beautiful wedding on a very tight budget. We utilized our way of shopping and helping other people at the same time. The most difficult portion of the planning came when it was time to buy wedding favors for the guests.

There is a candy company, M&M’s that allows you to special order their product. On this product you can choose to have initials or some other special inscription printed. For those on the same type of budget, I highly recommend this. Order the M&M’s with the first letter of the bride and grooms name. When the order comes to your door, go to your local thrift store or shopping center and pick up a few yards of netting material, mesh netting. Cut the material into ten inch squares and place about a dozen of the M&Ms in the center. Fold the sides up, tie with a pretty piece of satin ribbon and Voila’, you have fancy personalized favors.

Another idea is to check out the thrift stores in your community. Many times you are able to find wedding supplies that were not used. In our case, we found a few boxes of bubbles. These were great to hand out to the guests that had children. It also made the reception and dance more fun since the youngsters had a blast. These bubbles are also sold at local shopping centers.

There are many types of candies that can be personalized to hand out or set on the tables for your guests. Other ideas include, personalized match books, coasters that are personalized, miniature fans personalized, which also will aid those guests who become warm during the wedding or reception. I really like the idea of personalized lip balms and customized decks of playing cards.

Whatever you choose, there are ways to save money make your day memorable and keep children occupied at the same time. Choosing the wedding favors for your guests, does not have to be a stressful experience, run with it and have fun!
