Traditionally have used the terms interchangeably educational games and participatory techniques, however, it is our opinion that all participatory techniques are educational games, but not all participatory techniques can be framed in the category of educational games, this requires where competition, otherwise there is no game, and in this respect this principle acquires a relevance and educational value of the first order.
