A family legacy is an excellent way to leave your impression on this world.
Having a family is more than just about feeding, educating and clothing your kids. The entire anatomical reason to grow a tribe is to sustain the human race, but the human reason to grow a family is to launch a piece of yourself into the future. Your strong influence must shape the persona of your children and your grandkids.
Your values and attitudes are continued on through your kids. It is important to take time in your tribe life to make sure you demonstrate those values. Examine all your actions. See whether they are consistent with your morals, and if they are not, change your attitude. Let your kids see you live your preconceptions.
Discussions on all kinds of topics with your offspring are also a path of imparting morals and beliefs. Talks around the dinner area is an idea means to do this, but it is only one method. Ban earbuds and talk while you are driving in the car. Turn the television off and communicate while you clean the kitchen. Plan a family day and spend a complete Saturday playing and talking in the park. Your tribe legacy is what you make it. When your offspring see that your day has meaning, they will respect you and would honor you by carrying piece of you inside themselves until they impart that component on to their own offspring. You would have done your part for your lineage and for the future of your family long after you have passed.
