Catching a cheating Spouse

 Unfortunately, it’s a well known fact that women cheat and hide their infidelity much better than a man does. I’m not really sure why that’s true. Perhaps they’re more paranoid when it comes to hiding their tracks, or maybe they’re more afraid of the consequences and take better care of the traces they leave behind.

 

Before you start learning about the reasons why your girlfriend might cheat, take a long look at yourself. In too many cases I’ve seen problems only in people’s heads, caused by their insecurities and jealousy.

 

Do you feel OK and you don’t have a history of insecurity and jealousy in your past? Then using some basic techniques of investigation can give you some of the answers you need, to find out if you’re being cheated on.

 

Try to notice if your girlfriend is now hiding her cell phone while in the past she used to put it in plain sight. Does she send more text messages than in the past, and she does it secretly? Does she say that she’s tired more and she sleeps with you less? She says she feels sick, even though she looked OK before you tried to kiss her?

 

While many of the signs can be obvious, don’t forget that women hide stuff better than most of us men can do it. You should be smart and hide your feelings while you’re jealous, as she will take extra precautions if she thinks you’re suspicious.

 

If you say that your battery died and you want to borrow her cell phone for a bit, how does she react to that? Look into her eyes to get an answer to this question. Does she spend more time online? Does she mention friends you know nothing about, or goes visiting people without you more often?

 

What you should do is pretend to be innocent and make her trust that everything is normal with you, so you can easily investigate what she’s doing. If you see her arrive at the house and her face is flushed with excitement, then you have some real reasons to be worried.

 

When you’re looking for signs that your girlfriend is cheating on you, you should look at the entire picture, not at just a few signs here and there.
