Body aches
As there is expansion of uterus, a woman will feel pains and aches in the back, groin area and abdomen. Backaches are also experienced by many women near the pelvic bone. Some of them also complain of sciatica.

Breast changes
There is an increase in the size of breasts of a woman and fullness during pregnancy. As the due date will approach, the breasts will become bigger and a woman can be prepared for breastfeeding. The breasts may feel tender, heavy and full.

Constipation
Many pregnant women complain of constipation. Signs of constipation include dry stools, hard stools and less than three bowel movements per week. Sometimes, painful bowel movements are experienced.  Many a times, higher levels of hormones are noticed during pregnancy. The digestion is slowed down and the muscles can be relaxed. The bowels leave the women constipated. This is one of the most common pregnancy body changes.

Dizziness
The most common complaint of many women is light headedness or dizziness. Fainting happens very rarely. There are many reasons for these symptoms. There is a lot of growth of these blood vessels. There are various reasons for these symptoms.

Sleep problems, fatigue
During the pregnancy, a woman may feel very tired even though she has slept a lot. It is found by many women that they are exhausted during the first trimester. This is absolutely normal.

Indigestion and heartburn
There is a pressure of the growing uterus and hormones. This leads to heartburn and indigestion. The muscles of the digestive tract are slowed down by the muscles. Thus, food tends to move very slowly. Digestion becomes very sluggish. This causes many pregnant women to feel very bloated.  The valve is also relaxed by the hormones. This allows the acids and foods to come back from the stomach to the esophagus.

Itching
Itching during pregnancy is felt by 20 percent of the pregnant women. They feel itchy in the abdomen. Common complaints are itching in the soles and palms.

Thus, as the trimesters of pregnancy progress, many pregnancy body changes will be noticed by a woman. She has to take proper care while dealing with them.
