So,Child Discipline Book - Most Programs Leave Out Some Important Information Articles what is it? It’s your child’s diet, and as parents it seems that we do not really want to take a closer look at this topic. It takes a real effort to change our eating habits, but the type of food that our children eat has a major impact on their behavior. This crucial advice will dramtically improve their mental, emotional and physical well being.

Most of the food today is full of toxins and preservatives that affect how your child copes with stress. These foods make it very hard for your child to deal with the every day emotions and stress that they encounter.

An increased sugar intake results in hyperactivity and restlessness in your child and their behavior. But you probably don't take away those cany bars and the sweet drinks. As a result your child develops low self esteem, mood swings and temper tantrums.

Any child discipline program should have this information included, but sadly, most do not. But, there is also another factor in your child’s diet that plays just an important part in their behavior, and that is the type of water that they drink.

Toxins, heavy metal and other dangerous chemicals are heavily prevelant in tap water. And the worst of them all is the chlorine. Your risk of cancer increase by 93% when you drink chlorinated water. So it is best for everyone in your family to drink filtered water. This information is left out in almost all child discipline books.

By drinking more water, your child's behavior and mood swings will change for the better. toxins are allowed to build up when your child is dehydrated, causing the mood swings. And when you allow your child to drink sodas with all that sugar, you are asking for it. A lack of focus and added irritability is going to take overyour child, and their built up emeotions are going to come roaring out.

Dehydration, which many people do not even realize, is the number one reason for stress in their lives, and it is no different for your child. This lack of water sends out distress signals to the brain, but lacking water, your brain sends out signals to react which cause inflammation. This leads to lack of focus, hyperactivity and harsh mood swings.

Drink extra filtered water and reduce the sugary drinks from your child's diet. These drinks are proven to lower dopamine activity in your brain, which results in the mood swings and lack of focus, which in turn will make it more difficult for your child to keep from throwing a temper tantrum.
