So,Child Discipline Book - The Majority Of Books Are Missing The Point Articles what is it? Well, one piece of information is your child's diet, although most parents do not wnat to even take a look at this problem. Most parents do not even think that their child's eating habits plays any part in their behavior. This is one of the most crucial steps that you can take to help your child, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

Most of the food today is full of toxins and preservatives that affect how your child copes with stress. And by inhibiting your child’s emotional growth, you are unknowingly creating an environment where they will have difficulty in releasing pent up fears and feelings, which is the root cause of all bad behavior.

Hyperactivity and lack of concentration is directly linked to added sugars and other stimulants in your child's diet. The majority of parents still allow their child to drink the sodas and eat candy bars regardless. Temper tantrums, mood swings and even low self esteem are direct results of theis sugary diet.

Sadly, most programs leave this important and critical information out. But, there is another thing that can influence their behavior and is a huge part of their diet, and that is water.

Your tap water is full of heavy metals and toxins that affect their behavior. Chlorine is the worst of all. Studies have shown that drinking chlorinated water increases your risk of cancer by 93%. Use a filter on your tap to get rid of all the toxins and chemicals. You are going to find it very difficult to find this information in any child discipline book.

Just by doubling your child’s water intake, you can make a huge difference in their behavior and mood swings. When your child’s body is dehydrated, toxins are allowed to build up resulting in brain distress. You are really asking for trouble when you allow them to drink those sugary sodas. You will typically see your child lose focus and their frustrations will boil over in temper tantrums.

Being dehydrated is the number one reason for stress. This lack of water causes the brain to send out an inflammatory response to the body. This inflammation results in hyperactivity, lack of focus and very harsh mood swings.

Try to limit or get rid of sugary drinks altogether. These drinks are proven to lower dopamine activity in your brain, which results in the mood swings and lack of focus, which in turn will make it more difficult for your child to keep from throwing a temper tantrum.
