• You must indulge in a soothing and a relaxing massage. When a full body massage is administered by a trained therapist, the knots of the pain can be easily untangled. More concentration must be on the shoulder, back muscles and the neck.

• You should ensure that you don’t feel thirsty or hungry. Headaches are usually caused by low blood sugar. You must ensure that enough sugar is consumed for keeping you going.
