Lavender Sachets and Christmas

Why not add something to your Christmas Gifts this year which will bring them to a whole new dimension?

Christmas is just around the corner.

It seems like this is always the case.

It seems like every time you look at the calendar, the holiday season is near.

It seems like, when we wake up the day after Christmas, it is time for Christmas again.

It seems like we should always be preparing for this time of year.

And this is not a bad thing!  Christmas is a wonderful time of year.

Here we are, about to celebrate the birthday of Jesus, the Creator of the universe, and it should be a big deal!

So we celebrate.

And we celebrate in part by traditionally giving gifts to those we love.

Unfortunately, here we find a problem that many of us face.

We don’t want to give the same gifts to our loved ones year after year.  So we have to put much thought into what we should (and can) get them.  And with the seemingly rapid approach of Christmas from year to year, this seems to be an ever increasingly difficult decision to resolve.

Well, here is an idea for you.

Why not take that beautiful sweater you have found, that awesome shirt, that perfect outfit, that great looking jacket, or whatever it may be, and by adding one small thing to it, you will take this gift to a whole new level.

As you place your Christmas presents into their respective gift boxes, why not add a lavender sachet.

A lavender sachet that is filled with fresh lavender buds is an extra ordinary gift by itself!

That’s because the lavender sachet has an elegance and style that is at the same time “old fashioned,” and yet brings with it a “new and chic sensation.”

From the simplest of lavender sachets to the most sophisticated, there is somehow wrapped into each one an air of mystique and intrigue.

There are those who would say that this “air of mystique” is bound in the soothing fragrance of the lavender.

There is certainly a valid point to be made here.

Can you imagine, opening a Christmas present on Christmas morning, and before you can even see what is hidden inside, your senses have been awakened by the wonderful aroma of fresh lavender.

And with the lavender scent permeating the contents of the gift box, it’s not just a sweater any more.  It’s not just a blouse.  It’s not just a jacket.  Oh no!  The lavender essence has elevated this gift into something much higher than that.

And there’s the lavender sachet, tucked dutifully into a corner of the gift box, snuggled into the fabric.  This added little gift, will live on in a special place as a constant reminder of your love.
