This gets the bladder to fill more quickly than usual, thereby increasing the need to urinate. A pregnant woman may experience frequent urination when she is as early as 6 weeks into pregnancy. Fatigue Rapidly increasing levels of hormones can cause a woman to feel exhausted or fatigued. Although, no one really knows the reason why women experience fatigue, it could be because of frequent urination at night and morning sickness. The feeling of tiredness and fatigue is likely to fall back as soon as you enter the second trimester, though it depends on your body. Fatigue, is usually, seen to relapse when you are carrying more weight. Depression may also contribute to sleeplessness and fatigue. Swollen and Tender Breasts Swollen and tender breasts are one of the earliest signs of pregnancy, which is caused by the rising levels of hormones. The discomfort is likely to diminish by the end of the first trimester.
