Precious moments! Growing up can be hard for both parents and child.  But when everyone seems to be settling down,Precious moments. Articles online dating, the singles scene and group activities are sure to encourage even the most homely of fellows to fly the nest.........

As young children, it would be pretty safe to say that the vast majority would  look to their parents and would hope to also be a mum or dad when they grow up. Young children idolize their parents and for their first few adorable and precious years could not possibly see or imagine themselves being any different. Parents, having been there done that, hold these moments and years close to their hearts, as they know all to well that their children will one day grow up to be typically selfish and difficult teenagers. Up and till the age of twelve or thirteen, parents can usually expect  their children be kind, loving and still adorable. After this age, parents can usually expect changes which can be described as anything but adorable.

Suddenly, at the family bbq gathering each month at Uncle Terrys, your forteen year old son Johnny no longer wants to play with his twelve year old cousin. Instead he mopes around all day, hardly says a word and just wants to go home, or to his mates house. When asked what the problem is, or is sternly asked to explain his attitude,  Johnny mumbles “nothn, Im bored when can we leave”

Its at about this stage you can pretty much kiss the adorable child good bye, and prepare for battle for the next five to ten years, depending on how fast or slow your child matures. Your young teenage son starts to go out with mates on the weekend, and his schooling ambitions start to dwindle. Then theres girls. Suddenly little Johnny is involved in the singles scene and dating other singles. Weekends are now dedicated to pulling a hot chick and underage drinking. If Johnny isn’t dating new singles, or perhaps has a steady girlfriend, he is out with mates driving around town somewhere leaving the poor parents in a worried state.

Johnny has his eighteenth birthday party which seems to last for days. The clean up from the party for Mum and Dad seems to drag on before the house is returned to its normal state. Now Johnny is of legal age, Mum  and Dad must relinquish some authority. Johnny now dabbles in the night club and bar arena, and one can only hope that his parents years of love and war pay off .

Young men and women in their early twenties usually commence their direction in life. The singles and dating scene play a big role in this journey of their lives. Nowadays, singles have a vast choice of options at their disposal. Online dating and chat services see singles meeting and dating with ease and offers singles variety and flexibility. Chat rooms can offer singles a virtual meeting and chat arena, and singles like Johnny don’t even need to leave the house to meet singles.

So how do people like Johnny progress their social opportunities after their younger years. His friends are starting to marry off, and the number of  available singles is starting to dry up. Johnny finds himself the third wheel with his best mate and wife, and increasingly becomes isolated. Online internet dating sites and chat rooms seem to be a wise choice where Johnny will soon find he is far from isolated.
