Who never hear this phrase: "Mother Knows Best". This is a pretty usual line to hear. It is the mother that most of the times cooks in the family. She knows what food the family likes and what they dont. Nowadays mothers are starting to get jobs to help the husband providing family needs. This means that since the mother wont be home all day,The process of Planning Family Meal Articles when both get from work they will have to help each other. The father from 20-30 years ago would not help much at home, but the nowadays and future father should help at home by cooking or doing the needed tasks.

Despite that fact, at home moms are still considered as chefs. Maybe that is why more families are having obesity problems. Think with me, some decades ago a mom stayed at home all day. She had plenty of time to prepare the meals for their family. Now since that moms have less time to cook (because they work all day), most of the time they will be forced to buy ready to eat food. Now as everyone knows, this kind of food tend to have high percentage of fat which will make the family to gain weight. There is one of the reason why some families are having problems with wright.

At the first 2 months, usually the men cooks about 40% of the meals. After that, the number decreases, and he only cooks about 13% of all the meals.

This rate is decreasing because after several studies made, it is proven that men most likely do not like cooking and for them preparing family meal is not their concern. This is not their job, they think.

To encourage the fathers to cook at home, many movements are created. Cooking shows, food magazines, websites purposely made for men to cook, trying to convince them to cook.

But despite all of these, lots of men still remain not interested in cooking. Women however, can help this. Women should try to involve men in this activity. Sharing recipe collections might be good and encourage men to cook.

Perhaps the only way to convince a father to cook is to bring the whole family into the kitchen. If everyone cooperate and help each other when preparing the meals, the father will see this as a bonding experience and might do it more times and even might start liking cooking.

It is hope that men will get involve in kitchen activities. Be one.
