Planning a wedding is like having a second job. There are a lot of important things to pay attention to,Wholesale Tablecloths, Napkins, and Flowers... Oh My! Articles from your dress and veil to the proper venue. With major concerns like that to distract you, however, it is important to make sure you don't overlook other important details such as wholesale tablecloths and other table decorations.

Brides-to-be often focus on the details of the wedding that mean more to them: their dress and veil, of course, as well as the bridesmaids' gowns, the venue, dinner options, and the wedding cake. However, it is important not to forget that your guests will be spending a lot of time at their tables during the reception, so you will need to make sure that the decorations here are in order, too.

The key to a well-decorated table is a nice tablecloth. Usually with wedding tablecloths you have a couple of choices: You can either rent, or buy. Usually renting enables you to get nicer tablecloths for a better price, whereas the goal with buying your linens is to keep the price down as much as possible. If you are buying tablecloths, you will find the best prices are to be had if you buy wholesale or via discount retailers. You may be able to launder and resell the tablecloths after the wedding, or keep them for another event, so buying your wholesale tablecloths may end up being a better investment in the long run.

Nice tablecloths also require nice napkins and place settings. Sometimes caterers or venues offer all of these things as a package deal, but other times, you will have to choose them yourself. The napkins should coordinate with the tablecloths and/or your wedding colors. Don't feel like you have to rent the most expensive flatware and silverware, though -- simple but elegant is often best.

You should pay some special attention to the centerpiece on each table. The size of the centerpiece depends on the size of the table. For instance, a small table, such as one seating only four or six people, might have a single vase with a modest-size bouquet in the center. A larger table, seating eight or ten people, could have a larger centerpiece, or perhaps several small vases. The shape of the table may also have a bearing on the type of centerpiece you choose; for example, a long, narrow table looks best with three or four smaller centerpieces set at intervals along the length of the table.

Flowers are a vital part of each centerpiece. Most likely you will choose a vase and order bouquets from a florist to fill them. Choose flowers that go with the colors and/or theme you have chosen for your wedding.

Finally, at many weddings it is traditional to put favors at each place setting. These can range from picture CDs of the bride and groom's relationship together to a memento with their names and the date of the wedding. For instance, a really classy favor is to have wine glasses engraved with the names of the bride and groom and the date of their wedding. The glasses are used for wine during the reception, but the guests can take the glasses home with them at the end of the reception.

When the right wholesale tablecloths, centerpieces, and favors for your wedding are all combined, the result should be attractive, inviting tables at which your guests will be pleased to spend the majority of the reception!
