After their warnings over strikes sparked two days of panic buying which led petrol stations to run dry, UK Ministers have revised their advice to insist motorists not to fill up their tanks with fuel.

The British Government now stated that there is no urgent need for drivers to top up petrol tanks after the Unite union ruled out a strike by tanker drivers over Easter.
