How To Lose Weight Quick And Keep Your Sweet Tooth

This is one of the hardest things I had to do in the past when trying to lose weight quick - give up the sweet tooth... But, there is a way aroud that as well!

How to keep your sweet tooth AND lose weight quick!

Nut Butters are a good source of healthy fats and Omega 3's.  They also offer a sweet alternative...

1.    Almond Butter.
I like to use Almond Butter with some apple sauce and then sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top.  Try this one if you are looking for something sweet after dinner...

2.    Almond or Walnut Butter on fresh fruit.
A friend actually told me about this one a couple of weeks ago but I did not try it immediately.  Wish I did!  Love it!

Oh! Another one that works well here is mixing Walnut Butter in your oatmeal.  You could even add a bit of honey if you like...

3.    Cashew Butter.
This one goes well with celery sticks.  You could add some raisins for a little extra sweet taste.

4.    Apple and Nut Butter.
This one is a favourite on toasted bread, especially if you are on the go!  What you could do is to have two slices of toast, one with Nut Butter and the other with Apple Butter.  OR, if you really want, make a sandwich with both!
