Every decision and choice is based on a person’s likes and dislikes. There is no decision that can be termed as unbiased because the ulterior motive of a person forces him to believe the decision taken is for the betterment.

Similarly a person nurtures his taste in food. He may like something and dislike something else. Affinity towards a particular cuisine also depends on the mood. There are many factors that influence a person’s likes and dislikes in every aspect of life. There is no technique or method that can force an individual to favour or approve something. He does it on his own account. A family is a complex set-up. Every individual is unique in his own way. It is difficult to strike balance when living with a huge family. The complexities and differences in a family are clearly understood by restaurants.

Visiting a restaurant every weekend or at least thrice in a month has become a cult in modern families. Since modern parents are well acquainted with the evolving lifestyle,Indian restaurants offer true flavours of India  Articles there not much adjustment and tweaking they have to do. On the other hand, elders oppose going to the restaurant for a hearty meal. According to them, restaurants are places where hygiene takes a hike. They say if you are concerned about your health then homemade food is the best. However what they fail to understand is that now-a-days restaurants have also started serving nutritious food. Chefs prepare food with lot of precision and caution. The Government has laid stringent rules regarding the hygiene and cleanliness of a restaurant. If a restaurant does not abide by the rules, it is considered as an offense and is punishable by law.

Indians find family restaurants amusing. According to them it is the best place for a family to bond. When the mind is cluttered with gamut of thoughts related to work and household chores it is difficult to pay attention to the family, their likes and dislikes. In a restaurant, the customer is at ease, thus he can devote time and attention to his wife and children, which usually is not the case at home. At home, while the wife cooks in the kitchen, the husband returns home tired and the kids are fast asleep. Indian restaurants break this monotonous cycle and introduce change every weekend. Indian restaurants maintain the equilibrium of meeting everybody’s needs. It is a herculean task to make everyone happy, but is worth a try. Elders love their traditional healthy meals while youngsters prefer their cheesy delights. Restaurants in India strike a balance and serve an assorted spread that includes both, vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian delicacies.

Restaurant owners are concerned about their customers. They tend to the specific requirements customer. For example, if a customer dislikes salt, then he is served food without salt. If a person does not have a sweet tooth then his sweet treat is replaced with something else. Being customer centric and working towards customer satisfaction increases goodwill and brand popularity.
