The eighth tip is to be sure that you don’t
eat after three hours before you are going to go to sleep. If you do feel the
need to eat then you should eat something small and try to stick with a fruit
or vegetable.
You need to also be sure that you are
eating smaller meals. However this being said you will need to eat more often.
You will want to eat 6 or 8 small meals each day. This will boost your
metabolism.
And
finally, be sure that you are eating healthy but still treat yourself every now
and again. This will help you from going back to the old eating habits that you
had before. However, you need to be sure to remember that the key is
moderation.
