Not all weight loss plans are created equal. Some are designed to address one aspect only of the entire spectrum of possibilities, while others are more ambitious in that they help the participant begin a new and healthy lifestyle. It's interesting that,21 Day Fat Loss Jumpstart Review - Does It Live Up to Its Billing? Articles doing a Google web search, you won't find a variety of articles listed about this program. And that the one's you do find are mostly written by one person. Whenever such a situation arises you can usually bet that there's a very good reason for it.

One possible explanation might be: The program is new and there hasn't been a lot of buzz about it yet. But the fact is that 21 Day Fat Loss Jumpstart has been on the market for several months now. Surely one should expect to find more than just one person writing articles about it? Another point of view might be: Not many people have heard about this plan, and it hasn't generated enough confidence in affiliate marketers yet to promote it.

With regard to this last POV, in one of the largest and best sources for articles about product reviews, ezinearticles.com (EZA), it was difficult to find any articles reviewing this product. Usually, when a hot new product hits the market, you will find tons of reviews about it in this article directory. But when doing a search for this product in EZA, I wasn't able to find even one review of it. And that was out of 255 results for the search phrase "21 Day Fat Loss Jumpstart."

In turning to the weight loss program itself, we find that it was created and developed by reputable sources: Dr. Chris Mohr, a registered dietitian and nutritionist by trade, and Todd Durkin, a highly respected personal trainer and winner of awards in the fitness field. So, what gives? With two respected people in the weight loss and fitness industry having created the plan, why isn't there more buzz several months after its launch?

One explanation might be that it has so far not lived up to expectations. When affiliate marketers shy away from promoting a product, you can usually bet that it's either not selling well or that it is being returned and has a high refunded rate. Or both. The number of affiliate marketers who have committed to promoting a product is usually a good indicator of the product's perception in the public marketplace.

In the case of 21 Day Fat Loss Jumpstart, while the plan may be able to help some people lose the weight they want to lose (the plan promises that you will lose 10 pounds in 21 days; although on its FAQ page it says that "the feedback received suggests anywhere from a 5-10 lb weight loss is achievable."), when people see the program first hand, they're disappointed with its design. People who want a cookie cutter approach to burn belly fat may like the program because it doesn't require them to think about what they need to do. Just follow the program and the weight should come off lickety split.

Problem is that the specter of regaining the weight back after stopping the dieting plan looms in the background, threatening to ruin all the work having been done. The plan doesn't seem to address this eventuality very well. In fact, it doesn't require of the participant that he learn anything about healthy eating and dietary methods at all, what foods to avoid and which to load up on. This lack of basic dietary education is one of the shortcomings of this program.

While the program is long on providing participants with meal recipes and body-targeted exercises to lose the fat people wish to lose, it doesn't help them to establish a healthy lifestyle and diet different from what they were used to doing before. Therefore many participants simply revert back to the same unhealthy way of eating that they were doing before. The result being: they risk regaining back all the weight they just lost.

This doesn't mean that there isn't a potential group of people to which this diet plan wouldn't appeal. People who want to use the plan to take off a few pounds in a relatively quick and pleasant way may find that this program fits their bill. Just be aware of the plan's shortcomings before you try it. It's not a lifestyle changing product; it's a short term weight loss plan designed to achieve fast results within a short period of time. Use it for what it was designed for and you should have little problem with it.
