A Conservative Approach to Breast Augmentation

Many women lament not choosing larger implants after their first breast augmentation. Why is this? While you may be tempted to break breast size records, it is best to be conservative and listen to a skilled surgeon’s advice in regards to size limits.
Another reason to avoid having an extreme breast augmentation is practical factors. The next time you are shopping for clothes and lingerie, pay close attention to the available sizes. Most fall into the mid to large cup range with the occasional outliers. Generally, clothing that is suitable for women with extreme bust sizes is more matronly, reflecting an overall larger build. It is rare to find a lacey, sexy bra or top that can fit over large breasts and provide reasonable support. One of the reasons for breast augmentation is to fill out clothing better and have more options when choosing lingerie. If you choose to go too large with implants, you will find yourself greatly limited as well as frustrated by your lack of options in clothing.
If you have somewhat large breasts already, you will know that they can bring about heaps of unwanted attention. Women who undergo breast augmentation, even a conservative procedure, are often shocked by the reaction of men around them. They will be faced with more stares, comments, and even occasionally lewd behavior. If you choose to have excessively large implants, you can bet that the unwanted attention will become even more extreme as there are fewer ways you can camouflage your chest.
