"A Little-Known Trap That Stops People From Losing Weight!"

This article is really going to open your eyes.
This is the first time I've ever discussed what I'm going to tell you in an article or anywhere on the web for that matter.
But I feel it is one of the most important roadblocks that has to be cleared up in order to be successful with your weightloss.
The roadblock is....
************************************************************ ...mentally thinking that by the time you lose the 10-20lbs or more, it'll be so way off in the future, that it will just take too long, so you won't even try. ************************************************************
What do I mean?
I mean that if you want to lose 40lbs, as an example, it may take you a good 6 months. Well, this 6 months seems so way off.
You then start thinking of what you'll be doing 6 months down the road and say to yourself that it will just take too long.
Have you ever said this to yourself?
"But by the time I lose the 40lbs, I'll be 34."
This is how I used to think and how the vast majority of the people I know who have been unable to lose the weight think.
You have to say "SO WHAT!"
"So what, I'll be 34 by the time I lose the 40lbs. So What? The age "34" is going to come whether I lose the weight or not, so why not arrive at that age healthier and slimmer, instead of my current overweight self?"
This "So what, the age or specific date will come anyway, with or without the weightloss" is how you have to think.
Too many times I see people sabotaging their efforts by thinking this way.
They just cop out and give up, because it will just take far too long, they'll be 6 months older by the time they get the weight off.
Can't you see how self-defeating this way of thinking is?
When I point this out to people, it's almost like a light bulb has gone off in their head.
They didn't even realize they were doing this to themselves.
And sometimes, just realizing you're doing this will be the main factor that gets you moving towards results with your weight loss.
It's unbelievable how something so minor can stop so many people from getting the body they really want.
Break free from this way of thinking and get yourself on the road to weightloss!
